The Ludwigg project may contact publicly listed professional addresses (record labels, magazines, radio stations, blogs, playlist editors) about its forthcoming releases. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f), restricted to professional contacts whose role and address are public.
your rights
- Access — request all data we hold about you : hello@ludwigg.live
- Rectification — correct your data
- Erasure — request full deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Objection — opt out of any future contact
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
All requests are processed within 30 days as required by GDPR article 12.3.

retention
Professional contact records are kept for 24 months from last meaningful interaction, then deleted. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely to honor your request.
third parties
No data is sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties. Email infrastructure is self-hosted on Contabo (164.68.112.9, Munich, Germany).
